JaLUG -- the Jamaica Linux User's Group. The more I learn about best practices in ICT, the deeper my respect for the JaLUG folks gets. They're doing it right, and taking no hostages.
Digicel brought cell phones to rural Jamaica and in doing so got 100,000 customers in their first 100 days, and surpassed the incumbent and previously-monopoly, C+W, within its first year of operations.
